Hey there, I’m Jess Mork (they/them), a retired therapist turned coach, energy worker, and budding spiritual herbalist. I used to think I could predict what my future would be like. I thought if I did all the right things, followed the rules, and became what others wanted me to be that I would find success and a thriving life. What unfolded instead was an initiation into a healing journey with unimaginable depth. Grief, spiritual deconstruction, and a profound confrontation with my ego dismantled everything I thought would keep me safe. In the unraveling, a more profound journey emerged.

My approach is not born solely from classrooms or clinical hours, but in the lived experience of grief, transformation, and rebuilding from the ground up. Through somatic work, energy healing, plant medicine, and an ongoing reconnection with Nature and the Divine, I discovered healing that extends beyond traditional therapeutic containers. My journey led me into an ongoing relationship with shadow, sovereignty, and the wisdom held in the body, the Land, and ancestral memory.

Now, I hold space for those navigating their own thresholds of grief, deconstruction, identity shifts, shadow, and the longing to reconnect with the Divine. My work centers on co-creating safety, honoring nuance, and supporting sustainable healing that befriends the shadow.
