Your Sovereign Return
In this container, we will spend roughly 6 months together on a journey of reconnecting you with your inner knowing. We will use a variety of methods including energy healing, meditation, somatic practices, spiritual coaching, and other Divine practices to create a flow that is tailored to your unique needs. This process is geared towards those who are looking to initiate a deeper connection with Self in a sustainable way. This method does not promise a fix or guarantee that you will feel or become something specific, instead it will reconnect and uncover the Divinity that already exists within you.
This pathway is broken down into five phases including an Unraveling, a Descent, a Remembrance, a Reorientation, and ultimately landing in your Embodied Sovereignty. We will follow the Divine wisdom that lives within you by identifying intentions and blocks, befriending your many parts - including your shadow, reclaiming your ancestral and soul knowing, discovering how to live with and protect your Divine Soul, and ultimately how to live in harmony with an ever changing landscape. The goal is not to spiritually bypass the hard parts of life, but to instead learn how to live here on this sacred planet sustainably - honoring all of the parts in your journey.
Sessions are virtual, will be held weekly, and are 1.5 hrs. They can be purchased individually or in packs of four. Individually paid sessions are $150 and a pack of four sessions is $575.
Energy Healing
Energy healing is a process of combining Divine surrender with your Soul’s autonomy. This process creates a space where you co-create safety with the Divine, unravel bound tension, sit with your shadow, and release what is no longer serving you - upon which you will have access to the tender connection of your Soul’s knowing. Traumas and shadows can come from our current life, our ancestors, and even our Soul’s lineage and it’s important to offer yourself the opportunity to release what is no longer serving you so that you can continue your Soul’s expansion. Many of us are so used to carrying the weight of our shadow that we don’t remember what it is like to feel light, free, and expansive.
Energy Healing creates space in your mind, body, and spirit so that when life presents its stressors you’re able to respond with your most aligned knowing instead of the temperament of your shadow parts. It goes beyond what the mind can cognitively comprehend and allows you to enter into your felt sense to begin making more aligned choices that break the patterns of your past.
This process is not a magic pill that transforms your life in one use. In order to ensure you’re able to notice if this is right for you, a minimum of 4 sessions are required for new clients, these sessions will be held weekly. Each session is 1 hour long and can be completed in person or virtually. Afterwards, you are welcome to schedule sessions as needed.

Plant Medicine Education & Integration
Plant Medicine Education and Integration is a sacred space that invites you into deep healing. Unfortunately, plant medicine is often advertised as a miracle drug that can alleviate your mental health symptoms and eliminate the pain you feel from traumas. Instead of approaching the Medicine and asking for our lives to be fixed, The Teachers desire to walk with you on your healing journey. They desire a relationship, reciprocity, and dedication to your Soul’s divine purpose. When you approach the Teachers with this intention, the process leading up to the initiation requires deeper work beyond just figuring out what your intention is. This work requires an ongoing commitment to your healing journey, trust and reciprocity with the Divine, and a befriending of your parts, including your shadow.
We will spend about a month together preparing and educating your mind, body, and spirit to embark on this intense and deeply profound healing journey. We will then meet in person for an all day retreat and commune with Nature to receive healing with gratitude and conviction. Afterwards we will spend an additional month together processing and integrating your new insights so that you can begin making new choices and living the life that was always meant for you.
This container will be between 2-3 months in length. The first four sessions will be 2hrs, virtual, held on a weekly basis, and will require an investment of $700. The in person ceremony will require an investment of $800 for the day and our last four integration sessions will be 1.5 hours, virtual, held on a weekly basis, and will require a $600 investment.
