Energy Healing Suite
Have you ever felt like either your experience or your feelings are larger than words have the capacity to hold? Are you already doing your version of processing through your hardships and feel like something is still missing? Energy Healing offers a pathway to healing that dives deep into the energetic, somatic, and ancestral layers of your being. It helps you practice the art of trust - both in self & the Universe. You will discover just how intelligent your energetic layers are and how divinely connected they are to your higher power. Life is constantly changing and that requires a letting go on our end and to trust the process. Energy Healing echoes those mechanisms and allows you to start practicing what that looks like in real time. You will realize that the healing you’ve been searching for has always been within you and around you. The Universe wants to help you heal and is willing and able to the moment we choose to let go.
I offer a few different avenues to approaching this work. Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual Coaching is a space where your thoughts learn to listen to the wisdom of your soul & your body. Here, the difficult emotions you feel are not up for debate or analytical understanding, they are viewed as wisdom carriers. You will learn to clear out your capacity to not just handle survival mode, but to learn to listen to the wisdom that lives within you every moment of the day. I use several different avenues of healing to help give you a custom 1:1 experience that fits your unique needs. Some of the things we will be using are somatic & embodiment techniques, meditation & mindfulness, parts work, principles of energy healing, spiritual practices centered around your personal relationship with your higher power, and wisdom from our sacred planet to create a safe & trauma informed space for deep and impactful healing.
This is a space for deep healing at the soul level. In the beginning of our time together you might notice I pull from my experience as a once licensed therapist to help lay the basic building blocks of identifying and validating your experience so far and then we go much deeper. This level of healing is for those who have a hunger and deep desire for healing that transforms your life and aligns you with your divine purpose. Recognizing that change is an inherent part of the transformation process and allowing yourself to compassionately adjust and shift towards what your most aligned life is asking of you.
You know you’re here for a deeper purpose. You also know that you’ve been through a lot of traumas and are navigating grief that feels like it’s pulling you further away from your sense of self.
